Chain / Series of Chains
Crocheting is not that hard. After all, you only have one needle in your hand and not two. It takes a while to get the hang of it, but then it really is not rocket science! A few basic terms and techniques I have filmed and texted for you. I would also like to provide you with the basics on this page.
In this case, it’s about chains and series of chains:

Text Pattern
- For a chain, we hold on tightly to the first loop so that it doesn’t move around on the hook. Then we place the thread on the hook, from back to front.
- Now we pull the thread through the loop we have on the hook.
- When you continue chaining, try not to tighten the thread too much, since you otherwise won’t be able to get through the loop as easily with your hook.
- A string of several chains is called “series of chains”.
